Bloomington: I saw all the debates and speeches too. By the time the RNC came around, I already knew John was old and out of touch and Sarah was a psycho conservative who thought dinosaur walked with humans.

I am an independent trying to make a decision on who would be the best choice to lead our country for the next four years. I watched the important speeches for both parties to help me decide. It's too bad that there are people who choose to only listen to one party's presentation. To me that blind loyalty is far too common and results in bad choices. What ever happened to informed decisions? What good is the right to vote if it is based on party loyalty and not on which candidate has the best solutions for the issues facing our country? I often wonder if people only listen to one side of an argument because they are afraid of what they might hear or, worse yet, don't want to have to consider other, possibly better solutions.
